Alaska Within a period of 1,000 years after its creation, either the power is irreocably expercised or the or the power is terminated. AK ST § 34.27.051
Delaware State law against perpetuities does not apply to personal property in trusts.  Real property within a trust must vest within 110 years.  25 Del. C § 503
 Missouri.  The Rule Against Perpuities does not apply to trusts created after August 28, 2001, if the trustee has the power to sell the property during the period of time that the trust continues beyond the period of the Rule Against Perpuitity  V.A.M.S. §456(.025(1)
 Rhode Island  The common law against perpuities shall no longer be deemed to be in force and/or effect this state provided that this section of law shall not be construed to invalidate prior debt or equity in interest by another party.  RI GL §34-11-38
 Florida  Uniform Rule Against Statutory Perpuities  FL ST §689.225
 Utah  A nonvested (or non conveyed) property interest is invalid unless within 1,000 years afer the interest's creation the interest is conveyed or terminated.

 Nevada  Uniform Statutory Rule Against Perpuities

 South Dakota
 The common law rule against perpuities is not enforced in this state.
 SDCL § 43-5-8
 Tennessee  Common Law rule has been applicable until June 30, 2007 and any trust created after that date or a trust the becomes irrevocable after that date.  All powers and interests in the trust vest or terminate or the power of appointment is exercised within 360 years.
